This week on City Scope News, the Northstar Commuter Rail has its first fatal accident when a BNSF employee stepped into the path of the oncoming train.  While the case remains under investigation, authorites believe that he did not see or hear the train approaching.

And, before the first season of the NSC Minnesota Stars comes to an end, they annouce that this year could be the last year for professional soccer in Minnesota if they are unable to secure a financial partner.
