Public Access Productions

North Metro TV Public Access Productions are made by people just like you: amateur television producers from the cities of Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Ham Lake, Lexington, Lino Lakes, and Spring Lake Park.

Our regular television production classes, studios, and portable equipment are all available to local citizens interested in creating their own TV shows about anything and everything they want. North Metro TV volunteers produce religious programs, political programs, talk shows, shows about hot rods, art, local events, music, business, and more! And all of those shows are available to watch on Channel 14. And best of all, it’s all free!

Our volunteer producers are also welcome to volunteer on special projects produced by Eric Houston, NMTV’s studio manager, instructor, and head of the Public Access department. Just click the links below to view some of these special projects.
