Submitting a Program for Playback

If you have a program you would like to play on our Public Access Channel 14, here’s how to go about it. First you need to be familiar with our
Rules and Regulations.

Next you need to fill out a Compliance Form. With this form you take responsibility for the program’s content and for being familiar with our Guidelines.

Then, if you do not live or work in one of our seven cities,
you need to fill out a Local Sponsor Form. The person you choose to be your Local Sponsor must live or work in one of our seven cities. (Our seven cities include: Blaine, Centerville, Circle Pines, Ham Lake, Lexington, Lino Lakes and Spring Lake Park.)

Our playback system can play DVDs, VHS, S-VHS, DVCPro or Mini-DV sized videotapes. You must submit your program on one of these formats.

Please indicate the exact program length and exact pre-roll (if any) on your Compliance Form. Pre-roll is the amount of time it takes a completely rewound tape or DVD to get to the very beginning of the program.

After your program and completed paperwork have been turned in, your
program can be scheduled for playback.

Contact Michele Silvester at 763-231-2806 for more information and available playback times.
